25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jeremey McClain met with facility representative Stacy Phillips for an unannounced Case Management Inspection regarding an Unusual Incident Report.
LPA observed 58 children, supervised by 11 staff members.
It was reported that on that a child in care stated that a child touched their buttocks. When staff asked to confirm if the incident happened at home or at school, the child stated that it happened at home. A CPS report was filed. LPA interviewed the child during today’s inspection. LPA was unable to interview the staff member who the child made the allegation to. LPA determined that there is no evidence to support that there was lack of supervision or a violation of personal rights.
An exit interview was conducted and LPA reviewed this report with facility representative Stacy Phillips. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days. |
