13 | On Wednesday 15 April 2026, at approximately 10:30am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Fabian Schwartz met with Director Eloisa Catalan-Orens to close a complaint investigation. At time of inspection there were 22 preschool children being supervised by 6 staff in 2 rooms.
It was alleged that Facility staff are not supervising children adequately. Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, reviewed documents, and made observations. Throughout the course of the investigation, evidence gathered did not support the allegation of facility not providing supervision at facility.
Although the alleged violation may have happened or is valid, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met to fully prove or disprove that they did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted and a notice of site visit and appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for 30 days. |
