32 | Daycare child was hit with an object while in care.
LPA interviews provided minimal information for the incident that occurred over a year ago with a child being injured. The reporting party expressed concerns that the staff did not properly supervise to prevent an incident from occurring. Based on the limited information collected from staff, children and parents, LPA was unable to validate or invalidate that there was a lack of supervision therefore the outcome is UNSUBSTANTIATED. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegations did or did not occur.
There were no Title 22 regulations cited during today's inspection. This report was reviewed with the site supervisor, Tamara O'Callaghan. A notice of site visit was provided to be posted for 30 days. Appeal rights provided.
