On Wednesday 25 February 2026 at approximately 9:45am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Fabian Schwartz met with ECE Program Specialist Anjanette Toy to close a complaint investigation. At time of inspection there were 34 Preschool children being supervised by 9 staff in 2 rooms.

It was alleged that Staff spoke to day care children in an inappropriate manner and Staff handled day care children in a rough manner. Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, reviewed documents, and made observations. Throughout the investigation, LPA's interviews of children, staff, and parents garnered responses which stated no staff at the facility have been observed to handle children in a rough manner or speak to children in an inappropriate manner.

Although the alleged violation may have happened or is valid, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met to fully prove or disprove that they did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted and a notice of site visit and appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for 30 days.
