On April 22nd, 2024 Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Mandie Goodwin and Amanda Sutter met with Director for the purpose of an unannounced Plan of Correction visit. Facility was previously issued a citation for absence of supervision on 4/11/24. Upon arrival LPAs observed 34 preschool children supervised by six staff members between five classrooms during nap. During visit there was a teacher present in each classroom, providing adequate supervision. Deficiency is cleared.

No deficiencies are cited based on todays visit for the Plan of Correction. Exit interview was conducted with Director Crystal Johnson. Notice of Site visit was provided.
