On November 25, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPAs) Amanda Sutter and Mandie Goodwin met with Enrollment Director Laura Brannam for the purpose of a plan of correction inspection.

One type A citation was issued on November 14, 2024 for an unqualified staff providing breaks and supervising children alone in the classroom. LPA spoke with Enrollment Director who stated that a qualified staff member has been providing breaks to staff and provided LPAs with a copy of the staffing schedule as documentation. The citation for unqualified staff has been cleared.

During today’s inspection, no deficiencies were observed. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Enrollment Director Laura Brannam. Appeal rights were provided.
