On 02/09/2023 at approximately 10:00am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Arianna Manabat met with Director Robin Kemmer to deliver complaint findings for the allegation mentioned above. LPA observed 20 children in care being supervised by 7 staff.

It was alleged that a day care child sustained unexplained injuries while in care. Through interviews with staff members, Reporting Party, Director, and record review of video footage, LPA Manabat has found that the child did sustain injuries but it could not be determined where or what was cause to the injury.

Through observations, interviews with the Director, staff members, parents, and the Reporting Party (RP), and record review, LPA Manabat has determined the complaint to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegations may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove it.
