13 | On Wednesday, 19 March, 2025, at approximately 12:45 PM Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Fabian Schwartz met with Assistant Principal Jordan Velasquez and visiting Principal Yvonne Valenzuela for the purpose of a Complaint investigation inspection. At time of inspection, there was a census of 3 Infant children being supervised by 1 staff.
It was alleged that Licensee is not providing parents with full licensing reports as notification of a Type A Deficiency. Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, reviewed documents, and made observations. Throughout the investigation, LPA interviewed parents who stated they did receive explanations of type A citations as well as had access to reports. Staff stated in interviews that they have reports available to parents, but the parents often did not ask to see them.
Although the alleged violations may have happened or are valid, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met to fully prove or disprove that they did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted and a notice of site visit and appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for 30 days. |
