On March 15th, 2022, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Kelly Ferrara and Arianna Manabat conducted a follow up Case Management Inspection at the facility and met with Director Bonnie Bernstein. Today's census included 53 preschool children in care with seven staff.

LPAs followed up with the facility regarding a self reported incident that occurred on March 10th, 2022. During today's inspection, LPAs interviewed staff and Director regarding the incident. Based on the information received, there was not enough evidence to support that a lack of supervision led to the incident.

Exit interview was conducted and a copy of this report was given to the Director. Notice of Site was provided and must be posted for 30 days.
