Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gagandeep Singh, Soleil Marx and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Natalie Dunaway, met with the owner of the Kreative Kids learning center, Elizabeth Donkor, at the community care licensing Regional office. The facility self reported an incident to the Department that on August 11, 2022, after returning from a field trip, a child was left unsupervised in the facility vehicle.

During today’s meeting, LPA and LPM discussed incident and the facility’s plan of correction. The owner stated that the facility has new plan for field trip protocol and all of the staff has been trained on the new protocol. Based on the new protocol, the parent will be responsible to transport the children to and from field trips.

Copy of this report was reviewed and provided to the owner.
