Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gagandeep Singh met with the facility representative, Valerie Blanco, to conclude the complaint investigation for above allegations.

During the investigation, LPA inspected the facility multiple times, interviewed the staff, random children and parents and reviewed facility records. During the incident police report was filed. LPA obtained the copy of police report from local department of police records. During the investigation, there was no witness or evidence found to support the allegation of staff abused children in care and yelled at children. The incident of inappropriate interactions between children was reported. Due to lack of information, evidence to support or deny was not found. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Copy of this report was reviewed and provide to the facility representative. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for next 30 days.
