On 3/14/2024 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Mandie Goodwin met with Director Therese Nguyen for a case management inspection to follow up on a Type A deficiency cited on 2/15/2024 for lack of supervision. Upon arrival LPA observed 6 children in one classroom with the director. Approximately 30 minutes later there were ten children and a second teacher arrived. During today's inspection LPA did not observe a lack of supervision. The Type A deficiency has been cleared. Director was reminded that no child shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, and that supervision shall include visual observation.

During today's inspection no additional deficiencies were observed. Notice of Site Visit was provided and exit interview was conducted with Director Therese Nguyen.
