On 4/6/22, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jan Hoshida conducted a Plan of Correction visit to clear the one Type A deficiency cited on 3/22/22 regarding staffing ratios. LPA met with Owner, Lin Boyd.

Upon arrival, LPA observed the office staff come to the door and there were two other staff in the preschool room with 19 children. The facility was in ratio and within their capacity; therefore the citation for being out of ratio was cleared today.

Exit interview conducted, Appeal Rights provided and Notice of Site Visit was posted.
