On 5/5/2025, License Program Analysts (LPAs) Pa Dao Vang and Madie Goodwin conducted a complaint investigation inspection made to the regional office on 2/14/2025. LPA met with the Director Marivel Camasura to investigate on the above allegations. LPAs observed 7 children supervised by 2 staff during nap and rest time.

During the inspections on 2/18/2025 and 5/5/2025, LPA conducted interviews, made observations, and gathered documentation. LPAs witnessed staff operating within ratio and properly supervising as they are interacting with activities. LPAs also witnessed staff properly putting children to rest and nap. The parents, children, and staffs’ interviews also did not reveal a preponderance of evidence of staff operating out of ratio and do not properly supervise day care children. Based on LPA’s investigation, there are no Title 22 violations at the facility.

Therefore, although the alleged violations may have happened or are valid, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met to fully prove or disprove that they did or did not occur, therefore they are unsubstantiated. There is no deficiency issued today. An exit interview was conducted, notice of site visit, and appeal rights were provided to Director Marivel Camasura. Notice of site visit will be posted for 30 consecutive days.
