Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christopher Bello met with Director Amy Jarvis to continue and close a complaint investigation, regarding the above allegations. Upon arrival, LPA observed 75 Children with 11 teachers and two aids. LPA made observations, gathered documents pertaining to the investigation and conducted interviews. It was alleged that the facility did not take preventative measures to prevent sickness outbreaks. It was also alleged that the facility accepts sick children causing outbreaks. Observations, interviews and documents did not corroborate the allegations.
Director stated that they take preventative measures and prioritize the health of the kids.
Based on LPA’s investigation although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is Unsubstantiated.
No Title 22 Deficiencies observed in the areas that were evaluated. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Director, Amy Jarvis.
