25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Loraine Perez met with Licensees, Daysi Ocmin & Jorge Gonzalez, for the purpose of conducting an unannounced plan of correction inspection. The purpose of today's inspection was explained. LPA observed a census of two infants and two preschool aged children being supervised by both Licensees.
This facility was cited on 08/02/2024 for being out of compliance with CCR 102425(b) and CCR 102417(g)(3). The licensee shall ensure that each child is accorded the following: 102425(b) Cribs or play yards shall be free from all loose articles and objects and 102417(g)(3) The home shall be free from defects or conditions which might endanger a child … stairs shall be fenced or barricaded.
During today's inspection, LPA observed that the infant napping space, portable play yard is free from loose articles and objects creating a safe napping environment for infants in care. LPA observed the stairs are barricaded to meet regulation, creating a safe environment for children in care. LPA reviewed a sample of children's files and observed acknowledgement of receipt of licensing reports (LIC9224) were signed by authorized representatives.
Based on today's inspection, LPA determined that the facility implemented and met their plan of correction and are in compliance with CCR 102425(b) and CCR 102417(g)(3). LPA will clear the previously cited deficiency.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Licensee Daysi Ocmin. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. |
