LPA could not gather evidence that an incident involving child occurred at facility. LPA observed vaccination records for children in care during investigation. LPA observed facility to be kept clean and orderly during inspections. The preponderance of evidence standard has not been met for all of the allegations listed.
Based on the information gathered, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegations above, therefore, the allegations are determined to be UNSUBSTANTIATED, meaning that although the allegation may have occurred or are credible, there is not enough evidence to prove a violation of regulations.
A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Based on today's inspection, no licensing violations have been issued. Exit interview was conducted with Licensee Brenda Drake.
