25 | Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Fabiola Diaz met with the Licensee, Olga Soto for the purpose of a case management inspection that was initiated by the Licensee. Inspection took place on 4/21/2022. During today's inspection, there were 10 children present in care with 3 staff. Licensee's sister was also present.
Today's inspection was requested to change the backyard from "off-limits" status to "on-limits" status. The backyard was inspected and determined to be in compliance with Title 22 regulations. No bodies of water were observed on premises. The backyard contains safe toys. Licensee stated the toys and the backyard fencing is constantly checked, to ensure they are in operable and safe conditions. Licensee explained that she wanted to keep the right side of the backyard off-limits, because children never enter this area. LPA observed a shed in the right side of the backyard.
As of today, 4/21/2022, LPA Diaz has approved the backyard to become "on-limits", except for the right side of the backyard (per licensee's request). LPA will change the licence to reflect the change that was made today.
Notice of Site was provided and LPA advised the Licensee that she will be sent a new license to display in her home. |
