32 | Licensee was informed of the MyChildCarePlan.org site, a consumer education website that helps families obtain child care by connecting them to child care providers and Resource and Referral Agencies (R&Rs) throughout California.
Community Care Licensing Division (CCLD) regularly sends information to licensed facilities, providers, and stakeholders by way of Provider Information Notices (PIN), Program Quarterly Update Newsletters, and other important information communication platforms. Based on today’s inspection, one Title 22 A and B deficiencies are being cited.
The Facility Representative was informed that this report dated 8/25/26 documents one Type A citation which shall be posted for 30 consecutive days. Facility Representative shall also provide a copy of this licensing report to parents/ guardians of all children currently enrolled by the next business day or the next day the children are in care, and to any newly enrolled parents/guardians for 12 months from the date of this report. A signed Acknowledgement of Receipt of Licensing Report (LIC 9224), or other written statement, must be placed in the child's file for verification.
Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with the licensee Sheila Vienna. FR has been provided with appeal rights. A notice of site visit was given to licensee Sheila Vienna and must remain posted on, or immediately adjacent to, the interior side of the main door for 30 days.
