Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Christopher Bello arrived at the facility at approximately 8:30am met with the Director Bobbie Sumpter for an unannounced Case Management Licensee Initiated inspection. Today’s inspection regarded approval of Temporary playground for preschool children during inspection. LPA inspected the playground. LPA observed the temporary play area for children during construction. Director stated that they playground will be completed approximately in October and will notify the Department for an inspection before use.
No Title 22 Deficiencies
observed in the areas that were evaluated. A notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days. Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with
