Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gagandeep Singh met with the licensee, Jessica Hayes, to deliver the findings of the investigation alleging the above allegations. Purpose of the inspection was informed.

During the investigation, LPA inspected the facility, conducted the interviews and reviewed facility records. During LPA’s inspections, LPA did not observe any child whose needs were not met. During interviews, LPA did not get any evidence that children’s needs are not met. During inspections and interviews, it was found that licensee let the children play with water or sand in front yard at the end of the day and children get picked up. During investigation, LPA did not get evidence to support that children remain in wet closthing for extended period of time. During the interviews, LPA did not get any witness of children causing injuries to other children, which were/could not be prevented by the licensee. Although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violations did or did not occur, therefore the allegations are unsubstantiated. Copy of this report was reviewed and provided to the licensee. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for next 30 days.
