13 | On June 12, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kyrsten Williams met with licensee/director, Josette King, to deliver complaint findings for the above allegation. The purpose of today's inspection was explained. Upon arrival, LPA observed fifteen napping children in care being supervised by one teacher. At approximately 2:45pm, licensee/director returned facility.
It was alleged staff are not adequately supervising day care children. Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA conducted staff interviews, parent interviews, child interviews, and made observations.
During inspections, LPA observed adequate supervision of children. After interviews and observations, LPA did not learn of any evidence to corroborate the allegation that staff are not adequately supervising day care children. Although the allegation above may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.
There are no Title 22 deficiencies during today’s inspection. Exit interview conducted and report reviewed with licensee/director Josette King. A notice of site visit was provided and shall be posted for the next 30 days. |
