*All times are approximate* Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Amanda Blesi and Lea Habtom met with Licensee, Debra Wilkinson, for the purpose of an unannounced required 1-year inspection. The licensee's niece and daughter were present in the home during today's inspection. All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained a criminal record clearance. At 9:20 a.m. LPA observed a total census of 5 preschool children.

At 9:45 a.m., Licensee guided LPA on a tour of the facility, and a health and safety inspection was conducted in all areas accessible to children. Off-limits areas include all bedrooms, master bathroom, side yard and garage. Licensee acknowledged that children must never enter these areas. LPA observed the required postings, a working phone, 2A10BC fire extinguisher, and functioning smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. Licensee stated there are no weapons in the home. There is an in-ground pool on the property with a see-through mesh fence that is at least 5 feet high. The mesh fence does not completely surround the pool and there is 3 windows facing the pool. The window has lattice fencing covering the window. LPA observed the gate to self-close and self-latch. Toxic and hazardous items are inaccessible to children. Fireplace is not barricaded & children have access to fireplace. Licensee is aware that fireplace must have a cover or barrier to prevent access. There are no stairs in the home. Outdoor play space is fenced.
