On 7/29/2021 at 11:35 AM, Licensing Program Analyst, Joleen Kenney conducted a follow up complaint inspection and met with the Admissions Director, Satpreet Kaur. LPA Kenney informed the Admissions Director that it was alleged that staff #1 (S1) grabbed a day-care child #1 (C1) in a rough manner when moving the child during nap time. S1 denied pulling on the child's arm. The Director provided LPA Kenney access to review the video from the classroom where it was alleged the incident occurred. The Director also provided video coverage to the parents of C1 for review. During review of the video, S1 was seen coming over to C1 and the child got up on their own and S1 moved the cot near S1 and C1 followed on their own. LPA Kenney did not observe S1 pull on the child at any time when moving C1's cot to another area of the room. Interviews were conducted with Staff, Parents and Children. Out of 5 children interviewed, there were 3 children that stated there was an incident where staff pulled a child by their hand. Although there were statements made that staff pulled on a child's hand, there were inconsistent statements made on what type of
