At 9:20 a.m. on Tuesday, November 15th, 2022, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Karyn Guerra met with Director, Michelle Ingram, for the purpose of an unannounced POC inspection. The facility was previously cited on 10/19/2022, regarding infant safe sleep and infant care general sanitation. During today's inspection, LPA observed infant napping logs of 15 minute sleep checks, and individual infant sleeping plans. Additionally, LPA observed proof of training regarding infant safe sleep and sanitation practices. The corrections have been made per POC and have been cleared. No deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. This report was reviewed with the Director and a notice of site visit was provided. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for 30 days.
