On April 24, 2024 at approximately 11:20 AM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPA) Josiah Gathing met with Director, Michelle Ingram, for the purpose of an unannounced case management inspection. A citation was issued previously on March 21, 2024 regarding ratio. During today's inspection, LPA observed that all rooms in the facility were in ratio. Corrections have been made per POC and the citations have been cleared. In the areas that were evaluated, no deficiencies were cited during today's inspection. An exit interview was conducted and this report was reviewed with the Director, Michelle Ingram. Appeal rights and a notice of site visit were provided. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for 30 days.
