Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Gagandeep Singh met with the director/owner, Toni Granico, for the inspection of plan of corrections. Purpose of the inspection was explained.

During today's inspection, LPA reviewed all present children's and staff's records. During the record review, it was found that the facility does not have all of the required documents of each child on file. During staff record review, LPA did not observe the completion certificate for Mandated reporter training. LPA reminded the director that the training must be completed by all staff and must be renewed every two years. This training can be obtained at www.mandatedreporterca.com. LPA discussed the required documents for children with the director and provided a checklist. Copy of this report was reviewed and provided to the director. See next page for deficiencies cited today. Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for next 30 days.
