On 6/21/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Corina Beckby met with Co-Licensee, Taniya Singh, for the purpose of an unannounced plan of correction inspection to clear all deficiencies, issued on 05/22/2024. LPA observed Licensees caring for 12 preschool children including 4 infants during today's inspection. LPA toured the facility and found no deficiencies.

LPA observed 13 children's files. All files are complete and up to date.



All deficiencies cited on 05/22/2024 are cleared effective today. Proof of correction letters were provided for the corrected deficiencies. LPA reviewed report with Licensee Taniya Singh. Appeal Rights were provided. A notice of site visit was posted by LPA and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100.
