25 | On 06/21/2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Corina Beckby met with the Licensee, Taniya Singh for the purpose of a case management inspection that was initiated by the Licensee. During today's inspection, Licensees were caring for 12 preschoolers including 4 infants.
Today's inspection was requested by Licensee to change bedroom #2 from “off limit” to “on limit”. LPA toured the bedroom across from the front door with Co-Licensee. Licensee has locks on the closet doors and 2 pack and plays. The room will be used to care for children under 2 ½ years old as needed. Licensee is responsible for ensuring child proof locks are in working order and will replace them if damaged or broken.
As of today, 06/21/2024, LPA Beckby has approved bedroom #2 to become an "on-limit” area. The off-limits areas are the garage, kitchen, master bedroom and bath, bedroom 3, laundry room, bathrooms in the hallway, side yards and front yard. LPA will change the license to reflect the change that was made.
Facility evaluation report was reviewed and discussed with Co-Licensee, Taniya Singh. Exit interview was conducted. A Notice of Site Visit was posted by LPA and must remain posted for 30 days. Failure to comply with posting requirements shall result in an immediate civil penalty of $100. A copy of this report will remain on file for a period of three years for public review upon request.
