13 | On July 26th, 2022 at approximately 01:00 PM, LPA Pascual met with Licensee Irina Berezenko, to deliver complaint findings for the allegations above. Upon arrival, LPA observed 06 children in care.
Reporting Party alleged that a child in care was not tended to regarding diapering needs and the child also had a dirty shirt after crawling on their tummy while on the floor. Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA interviewed parents and the licensee to obtain further information. LPA also verified all adults have been cleared to work in the facility. LPA made observations of the facility and was unable to validate a dirty and unkept house. Furthermore, while interviewing parents, LPA was unable to corroborate the allegations as parents stated the house was sanitary and had no concerns. Parents also stated that with regards to diapering needs they felt their children were cared for properly.
Based on the information obtained, the allegations are determined to be unsubstantiated, meaning that although the allegation may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove it. Notice of site visit was provided and shall remain posted for 30 days for parental review.
