There are no firearms or bodies of water on the premises. LPA observed a functional carbon monoxide detector.
Staff files were reviewed. At least one staff member present today has current Pediatric CPR and First Aid certification. Children's records were reviewed. Each child's file contained an emergency card, consent for emergency medical treatment and notifications of children’s and parent’s rights.
No children in care require medications. This facility does not provide Incidental Medical Services – IMS. For IMS information see Evaluator Manual – Regulation Interpretations and Procedures for Child Care Centers Sections 101173 and 101226.

LPA informed Licensee of the recent relocation of the regional office and provided updated personal and parent's rights forms and posting.

This report was reviewed with the Licensee, Tara Taylor. An exit interview was conducted. A Notice of Site Visit was provided and shall remain posted for a period of 30 days for parental review.
In the areas that were evaluated, no deficiencies were cited during today's inspection.
