Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kelly Ferrara met with Director Kim Leonard and advised her that today's inspection was to verify correction of deficiencies that were cited on July 22nd, 2021. At the time of the inspection, there were 64 preschool children in care being supervised by 11 staff.

LPA toured the facility to ensure that a qualified teacher was present in each classroom. LPA checked the staff files to ensure that each staff has completed the Mandated Reporter training. LPA verified that the corrections had been made and the facility is now in compliance.

A cleared citation letter was given to the Director. Exit interview was conducted and Notice of Site was posted.
