On 01/02/25, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA), Michelle Perez, met with owner Aubrey Budelli for the purpose of complaint visit. LPA arrived to close the investigation and deliver findings. Upon arrival, LPA observed no children in care. The facility was closed for their pre-school program due to the holidays.

The allegation of childcare center, co-mingling school aged children in the classroom, with other chilcare children, was investigated through interviews with the two directors, staff and guardians. LPA found through interviews, that the allegation could not be corroborated. Further, LPA found that, at times, there may have been an older child in the facility, but the child was not at the facility during operating hours and did not stay, nor did the child interact with preschool aged children in the preschool room. LPA found that, some guardians were aware of the director having older children, but did not see a ny of the children in the preschool room.

Due to the lack of information and evidence obtained, the complaint could not be substantiated.

Although the allegation may have happened, or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated.

This report was reviewed with Aubrey Budelli and a notice of site visit was provided. The site visit will be posted for 30 days.
