32 | LPA made observations and did not observe staff speaking inappropriately to children. Additional interviews with children and clients did not reveal a concern for how staff speak. Clients interviewed stated that Licensee and staff are friendly, nurturing, and have a good bond with the children. LPA additionally did not find a preponderance of evidence through observations and interviews that staff handles daycare children in a rough manner. It was reported that provider is not meeting diapering needs. Staff stated they change all diapers before nap and before pick up, and check individual diapers every hour and half or as needed. Staff stated they don't record the diaper changes, but speak to representatives at pick up. One interview conducted stated a concern with diaper frequency, but others stated no concerns. There was not a preponderance of evidence that diapering needs are not being met.
Although the allegation may have happened or are valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. No title 22 deficiencies are cited. Exit interview was conducted with Licensee Dunya Talabani and Notice of Site Visit was provided. Notice of site visit to be posted for 30 days. |
