On 3/13/2025, at approximately 8:30 AM, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Pa Dao Vang and Licensing Program Manager (LPM) Seychelle De Luca met with Raul Chavez and Director Saira Singh for the purpose of an unannounced case management inspection. Previously, Licensee Representative had requested measurements of the toddler and infant classrooms. The measurements from the pre-licensing inspection were done by Licensee Representative via a tele-inspection. LPA observed 24 infants and toddlers supervised by 8 staff.

INDOOR ACTIVITY SPACE:
There are two classrooms: Infant and Toddler rooms. All of these spaces are located near the corner of D Street and 11th Street in the building. The total for Infant room space contained a total of 872.147 square feet, which is sufficient to accommodate 24 children. The infant room has four sinks with no toilets. The total for Toddler Room space contained a total of 1211.4 square feet, which is sufficient to accommodate 34 children. The toddler room has three toilets and three sinks. LPA and LPM observed sinks in the Infant Room with a changing table within arm’s length. Individual measurements are recorded on the Capacity Worksheets (LIC 9024).

There are no deficiencies being cited today. An exit interview was conducted with Director Saira Singh. A copy of this report, notice of site visit, and appeal rights were also provided to Director Saira Singh.
