On Friday January 31,2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Stephanie Piring and Julia Maryanova met with Facility Representative, Carrie Nguyen, for the purpose of delivering findings pertaining to the above allegation. LPAs observed a census of 22 pre school age children being supervised by 5 staff and 15 toddler age children being supervised by 5 staff. During today's visit, LPAs toured the facility and observed care.

It was alleged Facility Staff slapped a child in care as a form of punishment. During the course of the investigation LPA observed care, interviewed staff and authorized representatives and reviewed relevent documentation . Interviews with staff and Authorized Representatives did not reveal concerns or instances where staff slapped a children in care. Although the allegation(s) may have happened, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the allegation; therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview was conducted and report was reviewed with Facility Representative Carrie Nguyen. Appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit was given and must remain posted for 30 days.
