Licensee stated that licensee requested the fire department to add the garage into day care and working on getting approval from the city officials. LPA explained because the application for large license has been pending since April 2022, a decision needs to be made. Licensee stated that licensee will try to get all corrections to be completed within a month from today, otherwise, she will withdraw the application and reapply when the house is ready. LPA also reminded the licensee that all adults living or working in the house must have criminal background clearance on file before they start living or working in the house.
