On May 29, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Amanda Sutter met with Director Debbie Jen for the purpose of a plan of correction inspection. Upon arrival, LPA observed 13 children supervised by 2 staff.

The facility was issued a citation on 2/23/2024 for a knife in the kitchen dishwasher. Neither the kitchen nor the dishwasher were secured, making them accessible to children. LPA observed the kitchen area and saw that a gate is being used as a barricade between the kitchen and play area. LPA observed drawers accessible to children and did not observe any hazardous items. LPA cleared the citation 101238(a).

LPAs reviewed this report with Director Debbie Jen. Licensee was provided with a notice of site visit that must be posted for 30 days.
