On February 27, 2025, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Amanda Sutter met with Director Debbie Jen for the purpose of a plan of correction inspection. Upon arrival, LPA observed 5 children supervised by 2 staff. All individuals subject to criminal background review have obtained a criminal record clearance.

On 2/4/2025, the facility received a citation for a mattress in a crib that did not fit the crib, and for being out of ratio. On 2/27/2025, LPA observed properly fitting mattresses in the cribs. LPA also observed the facility following the proper ratio and capacity. LPA cleared the citation 101439.1(b)(2) and 101416.5(b).

LPAs reviewed this report with Director Debbie Jen. Licensee was provided with a notice of site visit that must be posted for 30 days.
