On November 23, 2021, at approximately 1:45 PM, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Alize Tillery and Mikah Martinez met with Director Rebecca Foster to conduct an unannounced case management inspection, for the purpose of measuring the book shelves that separate the infant napping area from the infant activity area. Upon arrival, LPAs observed 4 infants, supervised by 3 staff members.

LPAs measured the book shelf at 3 ft and 7 inches. Director stated that plexiglass was purchased to meet the 4 ft requirement. Director will provide LPA Tillery with the invoice of the purchase and submit proof of the plexiglass once installed.

In the areas that were observed, no deficiencies were cited. An exit interview was conducted and a notice of site visit was given and will be posted for 30 days.
