On June 14, 2023 Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Lea Habtom met with director Leslie Bosserman for an unannounced case management inspection. The purpose of today's inspection is to provide Leslie Bosserman with the amended report for the complaint findings delivered on June 2, 2023. The report was amended to reflect the correct allegation on the 809-C. The census for today was 18 preschool children being supervised by 3 staff members. All staff present today have fingerprint clearances and are associated to the facility.

There were no Title 22 regulations cited during today's inspection. This report was reviewed with director Leslie Bosserman. Appeal rights given.
