Licensee is not adhering to napping equipment requirements for day care children in care.

On 12/18/2025, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Pa Dao Vang and Amanda Sutter met with the Licensee, Leslie Bosserman, for the purpose of an unannounced complaint inspection regarding the above allegations. The complaint report was submitted to the regional office on 10/6/2025. Upon arrival, there were 15 children supervised by 3 staff.

On 10/8/2025, 12/5/2025, and 12/18/2025, LPAs conducted inspections, made observations, gathered documentation, reviewed files, and conducted interviews. LPA Vang observed children interacting with staff through the outdoor activities, meal services, transitions, setting up for naps, cleaning up activities, circle times, and nap times. LPA also observed staff engaged in conversations with children and supervising children in the restrooms. Based on the staff, parents, and children’s interviews, there are no concerns regarding the above allegations. In all the areas inspected during the investigation, there are no violations.

Therefore, although the alleged violation may have happened or are valid, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met to fully prove or disprove that they did or did not occur, therefore it is unsubstantiated. There is no deficiency issued today. An exit interview was conducted, a notice of site visit, and appeal rights were provided to the Licensee, Leslie Bosserman. Notice of site visit will be posted for 30 consecutive days.
