13 | On Thursday 22 January 2026 at approximately 2:15pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Fabian Schwartz met with Director Susan Perkins to open and close a complaint investigation. At time of inspection there were 13 infants being supervised by 4 staff in 2 rooms.
It was alleged that Facility is not ensuring classrooms are sufficienctly sanitized to prevent illness. Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, reviewed documents, and made observations. Throughout the investigation, LPA interviewed staff and director who stated they increased cleaning procedures during times of children illness and protocols described are sufficient for Childcare Centers under Title 22 regulations.
Although the alleged violation may have happened or is valid, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met to fully prove or disprove that they did or did not occur, therefore, the allegation is unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted and a notice of site visit and appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for 30 days. |
