On Thursday 26 September 24, at approximately 9:30am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Fabian Schwartz met with Director Mornen Haymer for a follow up Plan of Corrections visit. Upon arrival, LPA observed 24 Preschool children being supervised by 4 staff members in 2 classrooms. On 18 September, facility was cited for being out of ratio and having pests at the facility for the preschool license, 343624030.

LPA observed proper teacher-child ratio was being followed in facility as well as documentation that pest management company had come to service facility on 25 September 24. Due to this evidence, both citations are cleared during Plan of Corrections visit.

Notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for next 30 days.
