On Thursday 12 February 2026 at approximately 2:45pm, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Fabian Schwartz met with Director Susan Perkins to close a complaint investigation. At time of inspection there were 31 preschool children being supervised by 5 staff in 3 rooms.

It was alleged that Facility had unauthorized indivisuals were picking up a child, written incident reports were not provided to parents, children were getting unexplained injuries, and facility was not following admission agreement discipline policies. Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA conducted interviews, reviewed documents, and made observations. Throughout the course of the investigation, LPA failed to obtain evidence supporting above allegations

Although the alleged violations may have happened or are valid, the preponderance of evidence standard has not been met to fully prove or disprove that they did or did not occur, therefore, the allegations are unsubstantiated. An exit interview was conducted and a notice of site visit and appeal rights were provided. Notice of site visit shall remain posted for 30 days.
