On 01/31/2022 at 8:45am, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Jan Hoshida met with Director Nicole Bunch and conducted an unannounced Case Management inspection in regards to Safe Sleep regulations. Upon arrival, LPA observed there were two children supervised by one staff member.

LPA provided technical assistance to Director regarding Safe Sleep, specifically that infants are not allowed to be swaddled or have blankets within their cribs while napping. LPA provided PIN 20-24-CCP with Individual Infant Sleeping Plan LIC9227.

LPA conducted interviews and observed care and supervision of children in care.
