LPA Pascual met with Detra Bryant on March 18th, 2022 at approximately 11:15am for a case management visit to inspect the backyard which is now going to be placed on limits. The backyard has been renovated and is now equipped with playground equipment. Licensee will supervise children 100% while they are outside.

Effective March 18th, the backyard is on-limits and suitable for use.

LPA will update the licensees license and provide an updated one which has removed the backyard as off-limits.

Notice of site visit was provided to licensee.
