On 05/04/2022, Application Specialist (AS) Mai Lor and Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Alize Tillery conducted an announced pre-licensing follow-up case management inspection at the above facility. AS and LPA met with Applicant Zhen Zhen Li and conducted a tour of the interior and exterior of the facility. Also present during this inspection were two staff.

Prior to this inspection, AS received revised LIC 200A, revised fire clearance and insufficient outdoor waiver request.

During this inspection, AS and LPA observed the following:

1. Sufficient amount of age-appropriate toys and equipment for outdoor use


2. All cabinets underneath sinks have been cleaned

No deficiencies observed during this inspection.

Effective May 04, 2022, AS will approve the facility for a capacity of 36 preschool children, licensed to serve children ages two years to entry into first grade.

Exit interview conducted and report was reviewed with Applicant, Zhen Zhen Li.
