On August 9, 2023, Licensing Program Analysts (LPAs) Pa Dao Vang and Amanda Sutter met with Director Yvette Pimentel for a case management inspection to discuss the unusual incident report (UIR) that was reported and submitted on July 27, 2023. Upon arrival, LPAs observed 19 children supervised by 3 staff during nap time.

Licensee review staff files, observe classroom, and conduct interviews.



No deficiencies were cited in today’s visit.

Exit interview was conducted with Yvette Pimentel and notice of site visit was posted.
