On March 21, 2024, Licensing Program Analyst (LPA) Kyrsten Williams met with director, Osiris Sanchez, to deviler complaint findings for the above allegation. The purpose of today's inspection was explained. Present today was 46 children in care supervised by 11 staff members.

Throughout the investigation, LPA reviewed records and conducted interviews with director, teachers, and parents. LPA observed diaper changing logs for children in care. LPA observed diapers are being changed approximately every two hours or as needed. During staff interviews it was learned diaper changes are completed and documented on paper as well as electronically. Parent interviews did not disclose concerns about diapering. After record review and interviews, LPA did not learn of any evidence to corroborate the allegation that a child sustained unexplained injuries while in care. Although the allegation above may have happened or is valid, there is not a preponderance of evidence to prove the alleged violation did or did not occur, therefore the allegation is unsubstantiated. Exit interview conducted and report reviewed with facility representative, director Osiris Sanchez. A notice of site visit is posted and shall remain posted for the next 30 days.
